The Facts

Villa de Vida & Mercy Housing

It all started with a dream & a partnership…

Mercy Housing California (MHC) and Villa de Vida (VDV) are partnering to develop Villa de Vida Poway, a two-story 54-unit affordable housing development serving adults with developmental disabilities who are capable of independent living. The development is located on Poway Housing Authority property at 12341-12355 Oak Knoll Road, at the corner of Oak Knoll Road and Pomerado Road in Poway, California.

Construction is about to begin. Check out our Fact Sheet for a high-level overview of what the project is about and some of our goals.
