Villa de Vida Event Policies
RSVP Policy:
We will continue promoting future events at least two weeks prior to the date of the event. Please continue to RSVP by emailing us at vdvsocialclub@villadevida.org. We will send reminders for events two-three days before the event and will request confirmation by the end of the day via email or through text.
If the event requires a fee, payment will need to be given no later than a week before the event, which is when we plan to purchase tickets, reserve the location, etc. You will not be considered an attendee until payment is received. Please note that payments are not guaranteed to be refunded. If you do not pay by the deadline, we will assume that you are no longer attending the event. We will send out a reminder to pay on the deadline. If you RSVP for a paid event after the deadline, we will put your name on our wait list and will notify you two days before the event if a spot opens up and you can pay that day.
If it's a free event, please continue to RSVP as usual. We will send a reminder two-three days before the event and will require confirmation by the end of the day. If we receive no communication after the reminder email is sent, we will assume that you are no longer attending the event.
Cancellation & No Show / No Call Policy:
For paid events, please cancel no later than three days before the event. Please note that refunds are not guaranteed. If given enough time prior to the event, we can give that spot to another person, which could potentially lead to a refund.
For free events, please communicate with us through email or by texting 858-935-8811, at least two days before the event, that you are no longer available to attend the event.
We understand that life can get in the way and that emergencies happen. We ask that you follow this new policy and do your best to communicate with us to be considerate of our staff's time and efforts.
